Material changes to the Standard Tonnage application, the marketing site, and our compliance posture. We don't list every bugfix — just the things customers might notice or that affect their data.

• Idempotency middleware (Stripe-style at-most-once contract) for state-changing API endpoints, starting with the GDPR erasure flow.
• Public /api/health snapshot endpoint that powers a live status board at /status.
• DR drill + region failover runbooks added to the operational handbook.

• PostHog product analytics activated (EU residency).
• Subscription, container, alert, signup, login, onboarding events flow to PostHog automatically.
• Pricing-page A/B test infrastructure live; first experiment paused pending baseline traffic.

• 3-category cookie banner (necessary always-on, analytics opt-in, marketing opt-in) deployed on both domains.
• Google Consent Mode v2 default-denied script — every analytics or marketing tag respects the visitor's choice.
• Sub-processors page lists Google LLC, Meta Platforms Ireland, LinkedIn Ireland, and PostHog Inc. as Pending; they will only become active after a 30-day customer-notice period when the corresponding ad accounts are configured.
• Cookie policy rewritten as a 3-category disclosure with full per-cookie tables.

• Standard Tonnage Pro priced at £165/month + UK VAT, 14-day free trial.
• Self-service billing portal: change card, view invoices, cancel.
• Webhook + idempotency store wired into Stripe's subscription lifecycle so dunning + state changes flow automatically.
• Billing access is gated by middleware after a 7-day grace window when invoices fail.

• Authenticated users can download a ZIP of their account, organisation, containers, bookings, alerts, and audit log entries from Settings → Privacy & data.
• Erasure requests file a ticket that triggers a privacy@ email + nightly retention sweep.
• Retention helper functions automate audit-log + orphaned-document deletion on a monthly cron.

• Invite-only allowlist gating signup. The first beta members are working with us directly.
• Container tracking + demurrage risk scoring + multi-channel alerts (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Marketing site live at standardtonnage.com with privacy / DPA / sub-processors / SLA / security pages.
